Job Summary
Analyze data sets to interpret real property business processes and support the DoD Real Property Management portfolio of systems, operations, and standards. Conduct Real Property Data Warehouse Quality Assurance on OSD data in coordination with analysts, the Federal Real Property Council, and GSA. Provide functional and technical support to DoW clients while tracking issues across multiple stakeholders and agencies. Make recommendations and implement process changes to improve leasing programs and data structures. Plan meetings, prepare presentations, and distribute minutes and reports to higher headquarters. Work independently with a team of government and contractor professionals to achieve excellence for the Department of War client.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Technical or Management discipline
- US citizen
- Secret-level DoW clearance
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in DoW Real Property management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of tools including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Access
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate with government and contract personnel
- Proven data analysis skills
- Self-starter with proven and documented success in completing objectives under challenging conditions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to run meetings with multiple groups
- Ability to write at a higher headquarters / graduate level
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work for a Military Service facilities engineering or public works experience
- Prior experience on a DoW or Military Service higher echelon headquarters staff
- Proficiency working with DoD datasets
- Understanding of the DoD policies / guidance and lifecycle of real property
