Job Summary
Senior-level Real Estate Valuation role performing scope development for valuation engagements, analyzing physical and financial characteristics of properties, conducting site visits, researching markets and data (public records, sale/lease data), and performing independent appraisals for estates, financial planning, lending, litigation, and financial reporting. You will assist audit teams in appraisal reviews, validate inputs used in audits, and participate in industry meetings and firm events. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Adobe), and ideally Certified General Appraiser eligibility or ability to sit for licensing exams. This role is based in US offices with hybrid work options as indicated by the job posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- 2 – 6 years of experience
- Ability to commute to one of our office locations
- Certified General Appraisers or qualified to sit for state licensing exam for such
- Excel, Word, and Adobe proficiency
- Argus familiarity a plus, but not required
