Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents including purchase and sales agreements, commercial leases, and asset-management agreements. Manage all stages of commercial transactions, covering due diligence, title and survey review, and closings. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions. Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law
- Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client service and strong desire to take ownership of matters
