Job Summary
Real Estate Transactions Program Manager sought to orchestrate high-volume, complex real estate transactions to support North American expansion. Responsibilities include overseeing site selection and acquisition processes, due diligence, coordinating contracts and communications (including LOIs and NDAs), aligning cross-functional teams (Market Strategy, Site Selection, Commercial Operations), managing dashboards and performance metrics, and ensuring timely closures within scope and budget. The role emphasizes program management within the Market Development function, collaboration with Legal and Site Selection, and maintaining adherence to internal standards and brand protocols. Travel up to 10% is required; remote work is supported in the US. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2-4 years in commercial/industrial real estate transactions, strong negotiation and due diligence experience, proficiency with IT tools (PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Excel), and excellent communication skills; French language proficiency is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of commercial/industrial real estate/property transactions
- Understanding of key commercial metrics for acquisitions
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in due diligence processes
- Experience with site selection and development
- Familiarity with power, fiber, environmental, risk surveys, title and legal due diligence
- Experience drafting letters of intent and access agreements
- Contract coordination including NDAs and vendor engagements
- Strong IT skills including PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 10%
- French language proficiency advantageous but not mandatory
