Job Summary
Manage 5–15+ active real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing by maintaining checklists, tracking milestones, and coordinating with agents, brokers, lenders, and title companies. Create and update accurate property listings across MLS platforms and syndication channels like Zillow and Realtor.com. Prepare documents for electronic signature via DocuSign, review files for missing signatures, and ensure all transaction documentation remains compliant and audit-ready. Prepare transaction status reports, monitor commissions, and support brokerage compliance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in transaction coordination
- 2+ years of experience in real estate operations
- 2+ years of experience in brokerage support
- 2+ years of experience in real estate administration
- Hands-on experience with MLS platforms
- Strong experience with DocuSign
- Experience with transaction management platforms such as Dotloop
- Experience with transaction management platforms such as SkySlope
- Experience with transaction management platforms such as Brokermint
- Experience with similar real estate transaction systems
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts
- Strong understanding of disclosures
- Strong understanding of transaction timelines
- Strong understanding of contingencies
- Strong understanding of closing workflows
- Strong understanding of compliance documentation
- Ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
- Strong Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Active real estate license
- Transaction Coordinator certification
- Experience managing 10+ concurrent transactions
- Residential and/or commercial real estate experience
- Experience supporting high-volume brokerages
- Familiarity with Canva
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with real estate marketing tools
- Experience supporting real estate investment teams
- Experience supporting property management operations
- Experience supporting multi-agent brokerages
- Experience with similar real estate transaction systems
