Real Estate Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day management and optimization of ABB's leased real estate portfolio across Hungary and selected Central and Eastern European countries. Partner with business, finance, legal, and external agencies to deliver initiatives ranging from lease renewals to facility upgrades. Build relationships with landlords and vendors while conducting market research, property audits, and site visits to ensure compliance with local regulations. Lead lease negotiations, tender processes, and project coordination to support portfolio optimization and operational efficiency. Manage lease administration, prepare reports, and monitor regulatory changes to maintain accurate property records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Law or another relevant discipline
- Around 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, facility management or a similar role
- Good understanding of Hungarian real estate legislation and the regulatory environment affecting leased commercial properties
- Knowledge of Hungarian Tax Code requirements for real estate transactions
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Proactive attitude, practical thinking and willingness to 'make things happen'
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management, advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Valid category B driving licence
- You are EU national or hold Hungarian VISA/work permit
