Job Summary
Real Estate Servicing Specialist role based in Berrien Springs, MI with hybrid work eligibility. You will be accountable for servicing support for mortgage and home equity loans, including assisting members and providing clerical support, funding loans and delivering funded loans to investors, and performing daily/monthly reporting and reconciliation tasks with investors. You will provide general credit union information, cross-sell services, and uphold the organization’s values while maintaining accuracy and compliance in financial operations. Key responsibilities include servicing portfolio and secondary market loans, loan funding, investor communications, reporting, and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, supported by strong communication, math/analytical, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must have good math skill/analytical skills
- Must be organized
- Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
