Job Summary
Lead commercial real estate finance transactions by managing diligence matters including title, survey, zoning, and collateral review. Draft and negotiate complex loan documents and agreements related to the origination of commercial real estate loans. Requires 7+ years of experience and excellent academic credentials, with applications including a cover letter, resume, and transcript to be submitted to Elizabeth Rosidor, Attorney Hiring Manager.
