Job Summary
Conduct daily email, SMS, and social media outreach to reactivate past clients and leads regarding buying or selling homes. Personalize messages based on individual contact history and identify genuine interest signals to qualify conversations for handoff to agents. Track all activity across multiple channels, flagging responses and ensuring clear logging so agents can resume momentum without missing context. Maintain a warm, natural tone in all written communication while utilizing AI tools to draft and personalize outreach efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Some familiarity with real estate concepts (buying/selling process, what a lead or database contact looks like)
- Some experience with outreach, ISA (inside sales), or lead generation work — cold or warm outreach experience counts
- Strong written English — emails, texts, and DMs represent the client directly; writing is assessed at screening
- AI expertise — genuinely skilled with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for drafting, personalizing, and speeding up outreach
- Full overlap with Pacific Time required — not partial coordination
- Comfortable managing outreach across multiple channels (email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram) at once
