Job Summary
Real Estate Representative role focused on the South Texas billboard portfolio. Responsibilities include negotiating lease renewals and amendments with property owners, identifying and securing new billboard development sites (traditional, digital, wallscape), maintaining strong relationships with property owners, coordinating with the legal team on lease negotiations and site development, attending public hearings and regulatory meetings, reviewing and submitting RFPs for billboard site opportunities, staying current with state and local regulations impacting outdoor advertising, and traveling within the South Texas territory with 1–2 overnight stays per week after training. Required are 1–3 years in commercial real estate (billboard/outdoor advertising preferred), strong negotiation and lead-generation skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel overnight. Compensation includes $60,000–$70,000 base DOE, commissions with six-figure potential within 18–24 months, $850/month car allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience (billboard/outdoor advertising highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, negotiations, and field work including lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required
