This role supports the Real Estate Directorate by controlling costs for owned properties, including third-party usage. Requires a degree in economics with 3–5 years of property management experience and proficiency in Property Management Systems. Salary ranges from €38,000 to €44,000 plus variable bonus, with health insurance and meal vouchers included.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea ad indirizzo economico
- Esperienza professionale pregressa (da 3 a 5 anni) in attività di Property Management
- Esperienza in attività di redazione e gestione della ripartizione spese
- Padronanza di strumenti specifici per il Real Estate e Property Management System (PMS)
