Job Summary
Manage real estate development and planning for neighborhood districts, leading affordable housing, commercial, and mixed-use projects from visioning through construction completion. Implement all development aspects including site identification, acquisition, financing, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies. Analyze economic studies, financial statements, and bid documents to assess feasibility and secure funding opportunities while ensuring risk management and project metrics. Collaborate with staff, consultants, and community stakeholders to foster economic development and execute deal structuring. Perform predevelopment coordination and utilize GIS and mapping tools to track granular details.
