Job Summary

Oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion, managing acquisition, leasing, and disposal of property rights to support transmission system objectives. Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders while monitoring schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and project performance. Secure property rights and agreements by managing easements, permits, licenses, and leases, conducting ownership research, title reviews, and encumbrance analysis. Negotiate directly with landowners, municipalities, government agencies, and contractors to facilitate solutions regarding property rights and construction impacts. Represent the company in public meetings, hearings, and zoning discussions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. This full-time role requires relocation to Wisconsin and involves a mix of on-site and remote work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, Land Use Planning, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate acquisition or management
  • Experience in right-of-way services
  • Experience in utilities, energy, construction, transportation, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience in land use planning, zoning, permitting, or municipal coordination
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in property services, title, appraisal, or surveying
  • Experience in contract administration or business operations
  • Experience in customer-facing roles requiring negotiation and relationship management
  • Relocation to Wisconsin
