Job Summary
Coordinate global real estate projects for Anthropic’s Workplace and Real Estate team, serving as the central liaison between external project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Manage office moves and space planning across an international portfolio, monitor milestones and risks, and support lease administration and financial processes. Requires 7+ years in corporate real estate coordination or project management, a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a hybrid work model from the San Francisco area. Visa sponsorship is available; some roles may require office presence at least 25% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of corporate real estate project management experience
- Experience coordinating office moves/restacks and space reconfigurations in corporate environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
- Proficiency with G-Suite applications
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience with lease administration and transaction management
- Knowledge of COIs, Letters of Credit, and Treasury Regulation requirements
