Job Summary
Coordinate investment projects across the Benelux, tracking milestones for location analyses, profitability calculations, and permit processes while ensuring smooth transitions from concept to realization. Analyze market data and investment opportunities to produce clear reports advising stakeholders on strategic choices, and support M&A activities by detecting missing documentation and aligning projects with engineering, legal, and environmental teams. Manage project documentation in Asana and SAP Real Estate, reporting progress and maintaining oversight over budgets and timelines. Apply analytical and structured approaches to lead multiple real estate and network development projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
