Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support for attorneys in the real estate practice, including creating and editing documents, managing client/matter intake, and maintaining calendars. Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Office and demonstrate a high level of organization and client service abilities. A High School Diploma or GED is required along with 5+ years of legal administrative experience preferred. Additional responsibilities include document tracking for closings, reconciling attorney expenses, and coordinating meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Typing skills of 60+ wpm
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
- Strong client service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle high volume of work
- Strong organizational skills
