Job Summary
Independent contractor Real Estate Photographer role focusing on on-site 3D scans and HDR photography using Matterport and DSLR gear. You’ll work independently, manage your own schedule, and collaborate with a nationwide real estate media team. Responsibilities include capturing high-quality real estate imagery, ensuring accuracy and spatial awareness in assets, communicating with scheduling and post-production teams, and meeting deadlines while adhering to Metroplex360’s quality standards. Must meet equipment requirements and demonstrate competency via a remote certification course and test photoshoot; onboarding includes submitting a W-9 with EIN and providing a current Certificate of Insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable internet connection
- current and legal driver’s license
- dependable transportation to travel to and from job sites
- experience with HDR photography and 3D scanning (Matterport)
- equipment: Full-Frame DSLR or Mirrorless, wide-angle lens 14–16mm, sturdy tripod, ball head
- remote certification course and test photoshoot
- W-9 form with EIN and Certificate of Insurance
