Job Summary
Real Estate Partner needed at Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC to work in Cleveland or Akron offices. Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Requires 5-7 years of negotiating, drafting, and closing experience in a law firm real estate practice, and a book of at least $250,000. Must be licensed or able to attain Ohio license. Full-time with compensation commensurate with experience and strong health and wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio or ability to attain Ohio license
- 5-7 years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial real estate transactions in a law firm real estate practice group
- Book of at least $250,000 in business/book of business
- Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully
