Job Summary
Real Estate Paralegal / Title Analyst supporting property acquisitions, leasing, construction, and transactional matters. Works with attorneys, asset managers, and construction teams to review titles, surveys, and related documents; drafts and tracks estoppel certificates and SNDAs; prepares lease abstracts; assists with construction and vendor agreements; supports acquisitions, dispositions, and closing activities; ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key duties include reviewing title commitments and surveys (ALTA/NSPS), analyzing easements and covenants, coordinating with title companies, preparing deed verifications, coordinating zoning/subdivision efforts, drafting tenant notices, and maintaining organized transactional documentation. Proficiency in Word/Excel and strong attention to detail are required; paralegal certificate preferred and 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience highly valued.
