Job Summary
Real Estate Paralegal needed to manage real estate closings from initiation to completion, prepare closing documents, review title reports and resolve title issues, coordinate with lenders, brokers, and clients, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate case files, and handle confidential information with discretion in an in-office, part-time role in Fort Lee, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of NJ real estate paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in real estate software and document preparation, and ideally NY real estate experience.
