Job Summary
Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing by preparing, reviewing, and organizing transactional documents. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and other parties while conducting title reviews, due diligence, lien searches, and document verification. Prepare loan packages, closing documents, title insurance documentation, and recording packages, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and applicable regulations. Track transaction deadlines and maintain organized electronic and physical files using legal practice management software and Microsoft Office. Deliver exceptional client service within a collaborative legal team environment in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of real estate paralegal experience
- Experience supporting residential real estate transactions
- Strong legal document drafting and document review skills
- Knowledge of title insurance, closings, and due diligence
- Experience coordinating with lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
