Job Summary
Prepare real estate closings and manage client files from contract through post-closing, including drafting correspondence, performing research, and coordinating with lenders, homeowners associations, and other service providers. Maintain organized hardcopy and electronic files while handling confidential matters with a proven record of accuracy. Draft communications and make proactive telephone calls to support transaction work across real estate, timeshare, land development, and financial institutions. Work in a fast-paced environment to complete tasks by strict deadlines while demonstrating strong teamwork and organization skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years real estate closing experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Proficient in SoftPro
- Working knowledge of transaction work, including real estate, timeshare, land development and financial institutions
- Proven record handling confidential matters
- Demonstrated team work ability
- Ability to work in at fast pace environment and complete tasks by deadlines
