Job Summary
Real Estate Paralegal to manage and process commercial and residential transactions end-to-end, review contracts, perform detailed property research, prepare closing documents and due diligence checklists, assemble loan packages and closing binders, handle title commitments and policies, settlement statements and closing disclosures, order and review surveys and inspections, review title search reports, calendar deadlines, and coordinate disbursements. Strong communication and multitasking skills, proficient with Windows-based software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and closing software; ability to work independently and in a team; overtime flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Law firm experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
