Job Summary
Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions by reviewing title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions. Prepare closing documents, binders, and trackers while coordinating closings, funding, and document execution. Track deadlines and manage multiple active deals independently. This role supports homebuilders and developers in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment within a premier law firm founded in 1920. Candidates must have 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting, with strong hands-on closings experience preferred.
