Job Summary
Real Estate Operations Manager responsible for overseeing a multi-state retail lease portfolio (~130 stores). Manage the full lease lifecycle including renewals, expirations, escalations, estoppels, and amendments; serve as primary contact for landlords and resolve disputes; review CAM reconciliations, utilities, and rent schedules for accuracy; maintain real estate trackers, dashboards, and leadership-ready reports; partner with Facilities Operations on buildouts, relocations, and closures; identify opportunities for cost savings, risk reduction, and improved landlord terms. Requires 3–5+ years in real estate operations, lease administration, or property management, strong contract/negotiation skills, financial acumen, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets to build reports and trackers.
