Job Summary
Real Estate/Occupancy Agreement Specialist focused on supporting FPS offices in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities include developing real estate and occupancy agreements compliant with federal space utilization policies, formulating build-out and tenant responsibility agreements for FPS space relocations, and providing strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization and cost savings to aid governmental decision making. Requires 7+ years of federal experience, with CCIM/FAC-C certifications preferred, strong oral/written communication, and familiarity with Tririga and ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree preferred; position may be hybrid within NCR and requires residing in the NCR with ability to report to Alexandria or Springfield, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience working for/with federal Government
- Active CCIM, active FAC-C certification for Leasing Contracting Officers, within the last 5 years, or equivalent, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant degree program preferred
- Working knowledge of Tririga and ServiceNow is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze and support the development of real estate and occupancy agreements
- Strong oral and written communication abilities required
