Job Summary
Manage rental-focused Facebook accounts, create marketing graphics with Canva, and post listings on Marketplace and community groups. Respond to tenant inquiries in English and Spanish, schedule property showings, and coordinate self-showings with lockbox access. Organize applications, conduct verification calls, and maintain accurate lead tracking spreadsheets from Zillow Rental Manager. This remote role supports a growing New Jersey rental operation, requiring direct experience with Facebook rental listings and lead generation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with Facebook Marketplace rental listings
- Experience managing Facebook groups or business pages
- Understanding of Facebook anti-spam and account restriction policies
- Experience generating and managing rental leads
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Candidates must have direct experience with Facebook Marketplace rentals and rental lead generation
