Job Summary
Real Estate Manager APAC responsible for leading strategy and day-to-day management of Insight's leased property portfolio across the region. Drive real estate strategy and compliance with Finance and executive leadership; manage facilities operations and budgets including planning, contractor engagement, and operational SLAs with P&L ownership for all real estate expenses; lead lease and space management including space acquisition, lease negotiation, fit-outs and relocations, and landlord relations; ensure safety and business continuity through emergency services, access control, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning; opportunities for growth and progression within Insight. Requires 10+ years in commercial real estate and facilities management, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a track record of operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in commercial real estate and Property & Facilities management with deep lease management expertise and hard-services experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to read complex situations from multiple perspectives, develop well-reasoned solutions, and price work effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities — proven capability to present to senior stakeholders, work with external partners, and build trusted relationships quickly
- Proven track record of operational excellence — strong planning, organisation, and time management with ability to deliver measurable results and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
