Job Summary
Serve as the point of contact and relationship manager between utility, railroad, and client representatives. Review or prepare railroad permit applications, articulate design revisions to third parties, and submit applications to secure railroad permits or leases. Determine property valuation, draft license/lease agreements, and track application status within real estate management systems. Coordinate utility relocation design for track construction projects, ensure accurate client records, and participate in process improvement discussions. Submit permit applications to railroads on behalf of third-party clients seeking access to right-of-way.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, similar fields of study or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of all railroads permitting processes and standards
