Job Summary
Branch Sales Office Leader responsible for managing the Gastonia, NC branch, driving financial performance, and ensuring high productivity and ethical service. Responsibilities include outperforming the market, growing market share, retaining the sales force (targeting over $2 million in revenue), positive net recruiting, achieving goals for Mortgage, Insurance, Relocation Lead Conversion, and Title, and maintaining high standards of productivity and professionalism. The role requires coordinating with staff and agents, delegating tasks, providing training and development, communicating policies, leveraging Hanna Tate Rewards and Rewards Plus, and utilizing Howard Hanna Allen Tate’s Tech Stack, H-Suite, and the Business Generation Suite (with MoxiWorks CRM). Candidate should have strong relationship-building skills with clients and agents, be able to manage complaints professionally, protect confidential information, and participate in leadership activities within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- NC real estate license and BIC eligibility required
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, and agents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven superior client and agent relationship skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Computer skills to include Google Suite and other platforms
