Job Summary
Branch Leader / Branch Sales Office Leader responsible for managing all branch operations in Shelby, NC, driving financial performance and high client and agent satisfaction, meeting eight critical success factors, growing market share, retaining sales staff, and achieving goals across mortgage, insurance, relocation lead conversion, and title. Lead and motivate staff and agents, delegate tasks, provide actionable training, utilize company tech stacks (H-Suite, Tech Stack, MoxiWorks, Reward programs), monitor performance, resolve issues, and uphold professional ethics and confidentiality. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, NC real estate license with BIC eligibility, and strong communication and relationship-building skills; offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of a senior leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- NC real estate license and BIC eligibility
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, and agents
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven superior client and agent relationship skills
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- computer skills to include Google Suite and other platforms
