Job Summary
Real Estate Manager responsible for negotiating year-round and seasonal inline and kiosk leases, identifying target locations, forecasting sales potential and profitability, and managing end-to-end deal submission through lease execution. Partners with VP of Real Estate and Real Estate Support to optimize terms, renewals, relocations, and occupancy costs; collaborates with landlords, developers, and store operations teams to drive revenue growth and space optimization. Requires 2–4 years of specialty or commercial leasing experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office retail environment in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of specialty leasing experience (commercial leasing experience considered)
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving efficiencies
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High degree of reliability, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient
- Strong time management and analytical skills
- Ability to simplify complex issues into actionable solutions
- Experience presenting decisions and recommendations to senior leadership in evolving environments
