Job Summary
Carry out strategic and technology diagnostics of clients' real estate operating platforms, including office, retail, and industrial segments. Develop strategic initiatives at organizational, operational, and IT levels while defining requirements for real estate software solutions. Plan and implement software solutions such as Yardi or MRI, alongside associated business process changes and RFP analysis. Suggest and implement leading practices and process improvements for investment management and property accounting. Requires 8–10 years of real estate industry and consulting experience, advanced analytical capabilities in Power Query and SQL, and proficiency in the Microsoft Toolset. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years+ of real estate industry and/or consulting experience
- Operational experience in investment management; residential or commercial
- Experience working with real estate ERP system(s) such as Yardi or MRI
- Experience in property or fund accounting
- Advanced analytical capabilities such as Power Query and SQL
- Bachelor- or Master-level qualifications in a relevant discipline from a recognised academic institution (ideally 2:1 or above)
- Must be open to some travel (to be discussed during the interview process)
- Must possess effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- foreign (especially European) languages are a plus
- Capabilities in the Microsoft Toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
