Job Summary
Real estate practice paralegal/Legal Assistant supporting scheduling, calendar management, document preparation, billing review, and client communications. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, managing attorney calendars, arranging meetings and occasional business travel, reviewing attorney bills, assisting with bill finalization, opening/scanning mail in IManage, preparing and tracking documents for mailing (certified mail, FedEx, courier), drafting retainers for attorney review, and preparing closing binders for complex commercial real estate closings. Requires two years of real estate experience, strong interpersonal and clerical skills, knowledge of real estate terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SoftPro, IManage, Chrome River, and closing processes is desirable.
