Job Summary
Real Estate Lease Admin supports ABC’s growing Real Estate team by handling post-lease documentation, lease notices, and lease-payments-related tasks; performs lease reviews and interpretations, negotiates with landlords, and collaborates with legal and operations teams. Requires 2-5 years of real estate lease admin or paralegal experience, and a degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) with strong MS Office skills. Role may be remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in or near Austin, TX who can work from ABC headquarters 2-3 days per week; reports to Sr. Director and Head of Real Estate. Travel less than 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and related work experience
- 2-5 years of real estate lease admin or paralegal experience
- Excellent computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to learn with initiative and follow-through
- Some travel required (less than 10%)
