Job Summary
Real Estate Lease Admin to join ABC’s growing Real Estate team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include supporting post-lease documentation, reviewing leases and providing lease interpretations, drafting lease notices to landlords, assisting with negotiation playbooks, coordinating with legal and operations teams, and helping implement best practices. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office and related software, detail-oriented organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to travel less than 10%. Degree requirement includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with related experience; 2-5 years in real estate lease admin or paralegal work is preferred. The position may be remote/hybrid with a preference for candidates based in Austin who can work from the headquarters 2-3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and related work experience
- 2-5 years of real estate lease admin or paralegal experience, preferably in an organization with a large, multi-site real estate portfolio
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail, and other related software required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames, and meet tight deadlines; willing to learn with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through
- Some travel required (less than 10%)
- Ability to initiate efforts and work independently within the scope of responsibilities and with minimal supervision
- Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions in person and by telephone
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills; ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively
