Job Summary
Lead generation, market research, and outbound outreach to identify and pursue commercial real estate opportunities. Supports leasing and business development with prospecting strategy, tenant outreach, CRM validation, and market analysis; builds targeted prospect lists, conducts daily cold calling and email outreach, verifies data accuracy, assists with property listings, and supports marketing efforts. Collaborates with the in-house broker to identify decision-makers, schedule tours, and prepare market research and presentations; leverages AI research tools and digital research platforms to identify prospective tenants and buyers.
Required Qualifications
- Real Estate Assistant License, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong research and data gathering skills with the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and initiating conversations with prospective clients.
- Experience using CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or AI research tools preferred
- May require evening and weekend availability for meetings and sales activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales CRM or database systems.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a fast paced brokerage environment.
- Interest in commercial real estate, business development, or sales.
