Job Summary
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and analyses for Eaton Vance's Real Estate Investment Group. Assist with fund and property-level financing activities, including credit facilities and mortgage debt, while managing lender reporting submissions. Handle financial reporting, insurance, and cash management functions, plus ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis for the Director of Finance. This role supports the multi-sector portfolio of over 150 institutional properties valued at more than $10 billion, working collaboratively with asset management, transactions, and legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a similar field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with database systems
- Ability to provide thoughtful, detailed analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with a broad constituency
- Strong customer service orientation toward both internal and external customers
Desired Qualifications
- Working toward or having a CPA or CFA
- Working knowledge/strength in Excel modeling
