Job Summary
Real Estate Investment Banking Business Management Vice President leads strategy execution and performance optimization for JPMorgan's Real Estate Investment Banking Coverage. Partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into plans, manage cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance, develop and track KPIs and senior leadership metrics, and produce governance materials and executive-ready insights. The role requires influencing skills at all levels, strong relationship management, exceptional communication, and the ability to respond quickly with data-driven recommendations. The position involves building and updating management plans, budgeting, and aligning executive priorities across regions and lines of business, with a focus on turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and delivering launch-ready programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Strategy, or Consulting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-quality presentations
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize insights, and develop data-driven recommendations
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end initiatives with senior stakeholders in complex environments, with minimal oversight
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive-level storytelling; dynamic relationship-building across functions
- Self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with detail; able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in expanding investment banking product and sector knowledge over time
