Job Summary
Associate Business Manager in Real Estate Investment Banking Business Management supporting the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Coverage function. Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintain operating cadences, and coordinate cross-functional execution across product, coverage, finance, risk, legal, and technology. Responsible for timely, executive-ready materials; develop dashboards and KPIs; analyze datasets to surface trends and insights; support governance and reporting modernization; manage executive requests and maintain accountability across workstreams. Demonstrates strong relationship management, clear communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and delivery focus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery) and working with senior stakeholders; able to operate with appropriate guidance.
- Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions.
- Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; able to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations).
- Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time.
