Job Summary
Represent lenders in commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes, including office, multi-family, retail, and hospitality. Handle structured debt and secondary market activities such as the buying and selling of loans. Leverage knowledge of New York governing law, lien law, and consolidation assignments to draft and review complex financing documents. The firm offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus a bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work schedule. Admission to the NY and CT bar is preferred, along with graduation from law school and five years of relevant practice experience.
