Job Summary
Conduct real estate finance work on sophisticated transactions for high-profile clients, supported by strong marketing resources and structured professional development. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys within a well-established AmLaw 200 firm recognized for leadership in transportation finance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex litigation. Build a practice serving global clients across multiple offices while gaining substantive, hands-on experience with clearly defined benchmarks and extensive mentorship. This role is open to candidates with 3–5 years of experience at an AmLaw 120 firm, based in Chicago or New York.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate finance at a law firm
- Experience working at an AmLaw 120 firm
- JD from an accredited law school
- Strong academic record from law school
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Active membership in the NY or IL State Bar
- Based in Chicago or New York
