Job Summary
Maintain property appearance by sweeping, vacuuming common spaces, and disposing of garbage. Complete and coordinate tenant work orders while overseeing lawn care, mowing, and vegetation control. Perform snow and ice removal on entryways and parking lots, applying salt as needed. Prepare units for showings and new residents through painting and deep cleaning during turnovers. Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned. Work independently to achieve high-quality standards directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a self-starter, meeting self-initiated deadlines.
- Exercise successful judgment to make decisions that benefit the residents, property owners, and fellow employees.
- Ability to successfully manage our critical relationships with customers, service providers, and fellow employees.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be physically able to bend, move, and perform manual labor tasks regularly
- Must be able to work on a ladder periodically
- Must adhere to all safety guidelines and policies
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning or property management is a plus.
