Real Estate & Expansion Manager

Drive the further growth of JYSK in Belgium by identifying new commercial retail spaces and opportunities while negotiating lease contracts and optimizing existing portfolio conditions. Manage end-to-end expansion, relocation, and renovation projects, including investment analyses to support go/no-go decisions and oversee budgets, timing, and commercial terms. Cultivate a network of brokers, developers, and landlords to realize annual expansion targets. This role requires strong commercial negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and autonomy, with a fixed-term employment contract. You will speak fluent Dutch and English with a good French basis.
