Job Summary
Gather customer requirements and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to suit specific real estate needs, including preparing functional specifications and conducting fit-gap analysis. Blueprint the solution, upload data, and manage change requests while collaborating with technical teams to simulate and resolve issues. Interact with stakeholders at customer sites to understand challenges, monitor tickets through tracking systems to ensure SLA closure, and liaise with Microsoft for escalated assistance. This role supports Intwo's mission as a leading global managed services provider for Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365, serving over 1,000 enterprise customers across 40 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or post graduate
- Proven experience in real estate Leasing, sales or consultancy
- Understanding of Local rules and regulations related to Real Estate
- Understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial property trends
- Experience on CRM application or Property management software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
