Job Summary
Prepare properties for disposition by taking photos, writing descriptions, and setting pricing guidance. Post and manage listings across internal platforms, buyer lists, and third-party channels while ensuring all property information remains accurate and up-to-date. Respond to inbound buyer inquiries, qualify buyers using proof of funds and intent, and schedule walkthroughs and inspections. Collect and summarize offers, assist with contract execution, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth closings. Update CRM and disposition systems with activity and status changes, and assist with performance reporting. This role supports the Dispositions Manager in executing off-market sales within a fast-paced real estate investing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in real estate investing operations, wholesaling, and dispositions
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to take direction and execute consistently
- Tech-savvy with CRM and workflow systems
Desired Qualifications
- DISC style is a High D / Mid I: someone who is driven, takes initiative, is customer service oriented, and requires minimal hand-holding
- This person should be able to work independently and work aggressively to connect with buyers and sell investment properties off-market
