Job Summary
Seeking a Real Estate Development Associate to support development projects, requiring 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, with a background in finance or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-family or mixed-use residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of real estate development principles/practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
- Experience with other subsidies (tax exempt bond financing, New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, AHP grants, etc.)
- MBA with real estate focus
- Masters in Real Estate
