Job Summary
The Real Estate Developer is responsible for managing the life cycle of real estate development projects focusing on multifamily, industrial, and build-to-suit properties. Key responsibilities include identifying and assessing development opportunities, conducting market analysis, preparing financial projections, managing project budgets, leading cross-functional project teams, and ensuring compliance with zoning and safety regulations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, financial and analytical proficiency, and experience with project risk management. A Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in real estate development are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning or related field
- 5-10 years of overall experience in Development, Landscape Architecture, Civil Site Design, Construction, or City Planning
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate developments
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Building and interpreting financial models
- Translating data into actionable insights
