Job Summary
The Real Estate Developer will manage the entire life cycle of projects focused on multifamily, industrial, and build-to-suit properties. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing financial projections, overseeing project budgets, securing financing, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should demonstrate strong project management, financial acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and significant experience in commercial real estate are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate developments
- 5-10 years of overall experience in Development, Landscape Architecture, Civil Site Design, Construction, or City Planning
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to evaluate complex information
- Effective negotiation skills
- Understanding of zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes
