Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning or related field
- 5-10 years of overall experience in Development, Landscape Architecture, Civil Site Design, Construction, or City Planning
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate developments
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including building and interpreting models and development proformas
- Knowledgeable in zoning, permitting, and entitlement processes
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate complex information and identify risks
